"What is it, brother?" El asked his twin, who watched a sleeping Estel thoughtfully.
"I was wondering if we should curtail our forays into the wild for a time."
El looked at Estel, his brow knitting in thought. "You believe that our time is better spent here?"
Roh gently rested a hand on Estel's hair. "Our fight may be better served with him."
"You place our hopes on a child's shoulders?" El questioned softly.
Roh hesitated, helpless to explain. "Aye."
El nodded slowly, seeing the flicker of truth in Roh's eyes. "Let us pray our hope is not in vain."
