Like the above comment, I only use form headers if I absolutely have to (posting on a forum that insists on it.) Back when I first started posting fics on the net in 1996, no one was doing the form thing, and I always hated them, so to this day I just put all my warnings in the author's notes at the beginning of my chapters.
