I'm not hugely active in the SPN fandom, but after seeing the season 4 opener, that may have to change. *lol*

I love the whole concept behind the Castiel story line. And I need some fics about Castiel. I'm sure the overwhelming majority of Castiel fics are Castiel/Dean, and that's okay, too.

Mostly, I want angel fic. I need angel fic. Please. Help? I'll beg.

Don't have any recs, just joining in your general squeeage. Castiel is amazing. I love that they've brought that aspect of the mythology to the forefront for this season.

Anything by poisontaster or meyerlemon in the SPN verse is amazing. PT's stuff tends toward Wincest pretty heavily, but she has written gen and het, too. ML, you'll just have to search around for her fic. She posts a lot and hasn't written any SPN in a while, but she's got this great series of fics revolving around Dean and Dana (a MeyerSue as she calls her) that are just wonderful for characterization.
