RECS: Harry Potter

dress_fic wrote Daughter. PG. Remus/Tonks; Sirius/Remus (implied). Set post-Deathly Hallows. The only real regret she has is not getting to see her son grow up. (Comment: This is sad, but beautiful, and given the behavior of the characters in the last book, even likely.)

In a dangerous political climate, she still tried to bring about change. This is the story of Charity Burbage. (Comment: This fic is about a minor character in Deathly Hallows, but the fic says a lot that isn't minor at all. Scarily apt for our times, and yet filled with hope.)

(Comment: This fic goes a long way to redeeming the Malfoys, especially Narcissa. It is also post Deathly Hallows.)
