February Read-a-thon!

So, this seems like fun! And a little isnane and slightly masochistic..., but when did that stop me! :)

violet_quill is hosting a fic reading challenge. Rules below!

Pick a day in February, and pledge to read EVERY fanfic that appears on your friends-list on that one day. That means anything that's posted in a community you have friended, anything that your friends post on their journals, anything that's recced in a newsletter you subscribe to. EVEN IF it's a pairing that squicks you. The only caveat is that you don't have to read fic from canons that you're completely unfamiliar with.

Note: You do NOT have to read it all in one day. If your flist is as big as mine, you'd go insane. I for one am going to pick a day early in the month, so that I have a long time to do it. I'll just keep a list of URLs in a text document, or keep tabs open or something.

EXTRA CREDIT: Once you're finished reading all those fics, make a rec post! Tell everyone what new jewels you discovered!
