As for pairings, I have written and prefer to see him paired in crossovers - Bruce Wayne and Michael Westen in particular. I also confess a fondness for seeing him paired with Emma Frost.
Confession - I don't like seeing Tony paired with Pepper Potts. It breaks my brain.
2. Derek Reese: Border line, Dead inside. I don't mind, Falling to pieces. Count me in, violent Let's begin, feeding the sickness. How do I simplify, Dislocate - the enemy's on the way.
Unknown Soldier - Breaking Benjamin. I think it's a perfect fit.
Let's see... I've not written Derek paired with anyone. I find that for some reason the TSCC fandom (for me) is not really pairing centric. I have read several really good and intense fics pairing Derek/Sarah, but I would steer away from anything that even hinted at "true love" between these two. It'd have to be carefully done for me to buy it. I suppose there are fics out there pairing him with Jesse, but I've not read them, nor do I particularly want to.
Oh, I'm working on a fic pairing him with Dawn from BtVS per a friend's request. So, that will soon be added to the list. :)
