If you offered to help me out by making banners, I call on you now to honor your promise. Especially, since I can't make a banner to save my life.

Scroll through here to see last years' banners. I want something pretty similar in size, but as for content, please just have it say Holiday Recathon 2009 and the name of the fandom. Witty comments are in your domain!!!

Please drop me a comment and let me know which fandom(s) you can make banners for. Even if it's not your fandom, I would really appreciate the help.

I really need to have all the banners made by October 30, so that Fandom Leaders can pick them up and start advertising!

Lastly, I would love if someone would just make a general banner that says "Holiday Recathon 2009!" Use whatever cute graphics you'd like. Just something generic would be great!

ETA: Banner makers still urgently needed for Leverage and NCIS. All fandoms can use more than one banner, though, if anyone just has a wild hair. :)

If you offered to help me out by advertising, now is your chance to claim a fandom. Let me know which one(s) you'd like. (More than one person is welcome to advertise each fandom, by the way.)

As for advertising, you will need to find comms where it's allowed and simply link the banner back to the recs post, which will be set up before you begin on October 31. I ask only that you advertise a few times over the month.

Otherwise if you find some fandoms are lacking banners, I can likely step in. I'd need base pics for Magnificent 7 as I don't know the fandom, and also for the X-Men as it's so huge that I wouldn't be able to choose. Also, fair warning, my people blending skills are not hot if you need me to do a crossovers one. XD

Also, have visitors now, but knocked up a quick general banner for you with no fandoms. Can add some extra text or whatever if you wish.

I'd be happy to help advertise for Mag7. I"m assuming I will be pimping the recathon on the Mag7 comms, never advertised before.

I can't make banners, but I know a few people in the fandom who are good with photoshop and making icons, so I'll ask them.
