Help me make an Icon?

ficwizeCan one of you very talented icon makers out there help me out? I have a pic, that's from a magazine cover, of the Being Human cast. I would very much like someone to turn it into an icon. The only problem is that there is a giant red "T" in the pic. I would like to get around this by having a giant red "O" added. No 3, as the pic makes it pretty clear.
