It's strange for me to come to you and ask for fic recs, but I'd love to find your favorite Supernatural fics, or Supernatural crossover fics. Any and all pairings and ratings welcome, with the caveat that I do not really enjoy Wincest. (No problems with slash, though. Just no Wincest.)

Yay recs!

I have 4, mostly written in earlier seasons:

A Mile In Another's Shoes: One minute he was lying on a bed in yet another motel room, watching Dean clean the guns and wondering if he could be bothered to sharpen the knives, the next he was sitting on a sofa in a strange lounge. It was as quick as that – no swirling vortex, no flashing lights, not even a strange feeling in his stomach to mark the change. (Bodyswap fic)

little rattle stilt: At recess, Billy Parker bets him a quarter that he can’t swing across the monkey bars in under thirty seconds. Billy starts Sam’s starting-block countdown too quickly, tricking him with the slow, “One…” then way to fast on the “Twothreego!” (twee!sam; pre-series)

no one knew me, look right through me: There are some things the kids at Stanford knew about Sam Winchester, and some they didn't. (pre!series)

and a crossover:

Time When... (SPN/Firefly): She got a woman's notion is how Jayne puts it ... (Zoe/Dean) I love this one; it's just a lovely crossover.
